Your IPMA-CP Certificate (2023-2026)

Dear Certified Colleague,

Congratulations! Your PSHRA certification has been approved.

Don’t forget to download your Certification Certificate.

You can now view your certification status from your PSHRA Profile (www.ipma-hr.org) under “My Membership.”

To retain your PSHRA certification – IPMA-SCP or IPMA-CP – an individual must accumulate 50 recertification points every three (3) years and submit a completed Recertification Report via the Online Portal.
