Kisha McDonald is a seasoned human resources leader with over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She has held key leadership roles, including HR Manager, Regional HR Manager and Director of Human Resources, where she has successfully guided organizations through strategic HR initiatives, talent management, and policy development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development, along with a PHR certification. With a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and workforce management, Kisha is dedicated to fostering inclusive, high-performing workplaces that support both business objectives and employee success.

I am an experienced Human Resources Director with eight years of government HR experience. My background includes benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and strategic planning. As a strategic business partner, I have successfully implemented a structured pay scale and pay philosophy, a comprehensive classification system, a performance review process, and merit-based increases.
I hold an Associate’s degree in Human Resources & Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen College and am currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree. I am also a certified Public Sector HR professional (PSHRA-CP). I am passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to support employee success and engagement.

Trinity Faucett, PSHRA-CP
Human Resources Manager
Johnston County Government, NC
Trinity Faucett has been in Human Resources for over 25 years. She has
served in government, non-profit and higher education sectors. A Harnett
County native, she is married to her high school sweetheart who is a law
enforcement officer. She has four children, two grandsons, and two dogs.
She is certified by PSHRA as a Senior Certified Professional. She earned an
MPA from Indiana State University and an Education Specialist Degree from
Fort Hays University.
She is currently employed as HR Manager at Johnston County government
overseeing employee relations, recruitment, training and performance
management. As the HR Director at Central Carolina Community College,
she led the HR Department in being named both the 2019 College &
University Professional Association’s (CUPA-HR) Southern Regional Award
and National Human Resource Award for HR Excellence.
In addition to being a Certified Facilitator for Resilience & Thriving, she is also
a Certified Facilitator for Financial Wellness and Certified Facilitator for
Empowered Health Consciousness through the National Wellness Institute.
She loves sharing the motto, “Bloom where you are planted”, to illustrate
resilience and stress management.

Yvette George, PHR, SHRM-CP, CPSP
Human Resources Director
County of Henrico
Yvette George is currently the Director of Human Resources for the County of Henrico, in Virginia. She took this role on June 8, 2020, from the Virginia Department of Transportation, where she worked as the Central Office Human Resources Manager since April 2016.
The County of Henrico has over 4,500 employees. As director, Yvette George heads a department with 48 employees. The department is responsible for the county’s comprehensive personnel program, including employment and compensation management, benefits administration, employee development and organizational learning, fitness and wellness, health services and risk management.
Mrs. George earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bluefield College and received a Master of Business Administration degree from Strayer University. She is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) Certified Professional certification as well as Retirement Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) certification.
She is a dedicated wife to Menshian A. George, Sr., mother of seven children (Shaun, Brandon, Stephanie, Candace, Brittani, Ashaki Jr., and Akeem) and grandmother to two grandsons and three granddaughters.
