Coach Tonyia Griggs, PSHRA-SCP, brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience to her role as HR Chief for the City of Baltimore's Office of Information & Technology. With a background spanning diverse private, non-profit, and government sectors, she excels in employee development/engagement, coaching and leadership training, focusing strategically on building retention, stability, and fostering work environments that champion overall employee well-being. Beyond her formal HR leadership, Tonyia is a dedicated mental health advocate, leveraging her unique talents as a speaker and artist. She powerfully employs spoken word, poetry, and storytelling to foster open dialogue and guide conversations around the critical importance of mental health within both our personal and professional lives. Tonyia is also a skilled facilitator, adept at guiding insightful discussions. Her distinctive blend of strategic HR insight and authentic, creative advocacy for mental wellness makes her the ideal guide for exploring strategies that successfully integrate mental health priorities with work engagement goals in this vital PSHRA discussion. Tasha is a dedicated Human Resources professional and the Director of Human Resources for the City of Grand Prairie, bringing over 15 years of municipal Human Resources experience. She also honorably served in the Air National Guard. Tasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Sam Houston State University and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is pursuing a Master’s in Legal Studies in Employment Law at Texas A&M School of Law, and is actively bringing new perspectives to public policy and municipal governance.

Trinity Faucett, PSHRA-SCP

Trinity Faucett has been in Human Resources for over 25 years. She has served in government, non-profit and higher education sectors. A Harnett County native, she is married to her high school sweetheart who is a law enforcement officer. She has four children, two grandsons, and two dogs.She is certified by PSHRA as a Senior Certified Professional. She earned an MPA from Indiana State University and an Education Specialist Degree from Fort Hays University. She is currently employed as HR Manager at Johnston County government overseeing employee relations, recruitment, training and performance management. As the HR Director at Central Carolina Community College, she led the HR Department in being named both the 2019 College & University Professional Association’s (CUPA-HR) Southern Regional Award and National Human Resource Award for HR Excellence. In addition to being a Certified Facilitator for Resilience & Thriving, she is also a Certified Facilitator for Financial Wellness and Certified Facilitator for Empowered Health Consciousness through the National Wellness Institute. She loves sharing the motto, “Bloom where you are planted”, to illustrate resilience and stress management.

Danielle Keys

With over 20 years of experience in the HR field and more than 15 years in public sector HR, I have a heart and passion for the Humans in Human Resources. Recently appointed as the Asst. CEO/Director of Human Resources for County of Ventura, serving over 10,500 employees, I have the opportunity to serve our Countywide population. I am a proven change agent and leadership resource. With experience in labor relations, chief negotiator at tables including safety (police and fire), I am a problem solver and collaborator. As a member of the DEI community and responsible for the department of Community and Belonging countywide, I have a wealth of information on strategies, impacts and the complexities of the work in our current climate. I am also a culture builder and innovator. Assessing complex organizational needs for efficiencies are opportunities I am passionate about. Having served as the HR Director at the City level during the peak of COVID-19 provided important opportunity to navigate virtual/remote work complexities as well as re-evaluations in our current climate. I am a trainer, peer support liaison and facilitator throughout the County and local City entities proud to support our staff and customers through a balance of compassion, grace and empathy.
