Webinar: Changing DEIA Dynamics in a New Context

Includes a Live Web Event on 01/30/2025 at 1:00 PM (EST)

In a time when diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) efforts face heightened scrutiny, government agencies must adopt practical, results-driven approaches that align with their organizational values. This webinar explores how core values like equity, stewardship, and transparency can serve as anchors for DEIA initiatives, allowing agencies to achieve measurable outcomes while depoliticizing conversations.

Participants will learn strategies to frame DEIA efforts in terms of organizational effectiveness, respond effectively to pushback, and demonstrate success using key performance indicators. Through interactive exercises, real-world examples, and actionable tools, this session will empower leaders and staff to integrate DEIA into their operations while maintaining public trust.

Join us on January 30th at 1:00 pm ET to discover how leveraging values can shift DEIA from an ideology to a practical, impactful framework for better governance and community engagement.
