Course Content:
Participants are divided into two facilitated discussion groups to encourage active participation and peer exchange.
This session will explore:
- What leadership values that HR doesn’t always articulate
- Moments when HR’s story got lost (and why)
- How HR frames risk, value, and organizational impact
- What “strategic communication” actually looks like in government
Exploration Focus: A space to unpack the tension between HR’s work and leadership’s priorities.
