He also served for more than 13 years as Deputy Coroner for Camden County. Throughout his career, Robbi has led training, compliance, and operational initiatives while helping agencies strengthen documentation practices and improve organizational accountability. His unique combination of public-sector leadership and technology expertise enables him to provide practical guidance on reducing risk and building defensible compliance programs.

A 25-year veteran of the fire service, Matt currently serves as Deputy Fire Chief for the South Chicago Heights Fire Department in Illinois. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles including Training Officer, curriculum developer, and EMS instructor, with extensive experience managing workforce training, certifications, and operational readiness programs. Matt holds a master's degree in Public Safety Administration from Southern Illinois University and is credentialed as a Chief Fire Officer through the Center for Public Safety Excellence. He brings a practitioner’s perspective to helping agencies strengthen accountability, improve compliance tracking, and reduce organizational risk.
