Prior to joining Vector, Robbi spent 27 years in public safety, including 13 years with Camden County Fire Rescue in Georgia, where he rose to the rank of Assistant Chief. He also served for more than 13 years as Deputy Coroner for Camden County. Throughout his career, Robbi has led training, compliance, and operational initiatives while helping agencies strengthen documentation practices and improve organizational accountability. His unique combination of public-sector leadership and technology expertise enables him to provide practical guidance on reducing risk and building defensible compliance programs.

Matt Shronts is a Senior Solutions Engineer and subject matter expert at Vector Solutions, specializing in helping public agencies leverage technology to improve training, compliance, and organizational readiness. A 25-year veteran of the fire service, Matt currently serves as Deputy Fire Chief for the South Chicago Heights Fire Department in Illinois. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles including Training Officer, curriculum developer, and EMS instructor, with extensive experience managing workforce training, certifications, and operational readiness programs. Matt holds a master's degree in Public Safety Administration from Southern Illinois University and is credentialed as a Chief Fire Officer through the Center for Public Safety Excellence. He brings a practitioner’s perspective to helping agencies strengthen accountability, improve compliance tracking, and reduce organizational risk.
